New to Londonderry: Update on the Woodmont Commons

We are so excited that construction on the new “urban village,” Woodmont Commons, continues to move full-steam ahead!

The Commons’ first residential community, the Main Street Apartments, are now pre-leasing 87 brand new apartment homes including stainless-steel apartments, full sized washer and dryers, elevator services, and is cat-friendly. And, there will be an open house Saturday, July 27 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.!

The first eatery of the Woodmont Commons development, 603 Brewery moved from their original location and opened their doors in the Commons on June 15, 2019 to the public. The 603 Beer Hall has an 18,000 square foot facility containing a patio beer-hall, function room, and more than triple the brewing capacity. And if that does not sound absolutely amazing, the brewery is dog-friendly and offers a family-welcome environment. Since the opening, the brewery has been a Londonderry fan favorite! Bring your family, your closest pals, and your furry friends and experience the new 603 pub!

Set to open this fall and evolve through 2025, Woodmont Commons is a development envisioned to urbanize the rural suburban communities here in the beautiful town of Londonderry, New Hampshire. The proposed plan includes an estimate of 832,500 square feet of retail, 1,300 new homes, 700,000 square feet of commercial space, and three hotels. In addition, a number of neighborhood art facilities are also to be expected within the development. Plenty of exciting projects, activities, eateries, and more are to be expected within this space in addition to those already standing on the property.
